Privacy Policy
This starter privacy policy explains the categories of information PropAnalytics may process while providing the service.
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Information we collect
We may collect account information such as name, email address, authentication details, subscription status, and billing-related identifiers.
When you use the app, you may upload CSV files and enter report details, property information, client names, purchase information, assessed values, and comparable-sale data.
How we use information
We use information to provide login, subscription access, CSV processing, assessed-value lookup, FHFA preview, PDF generation, support, troubleshooting, security, and product improvement.
We may use operational logs to diagnose errors, investigate abuse, understand reliability issues, and maintain the service.
Service providers
PropAnalytics relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, public data access, and related infrastructure. These may include Vercel, Railway, Clerk, Stripe, GitHub, FHFA sources, and public county websites.
Payment card information is handled by Stripe. PropAnalytics does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
Uploaded files and report data
Uploaded and generated data should be treated as professional work product. Do not upload information you are not authorized to process.
The current product is designed for operational processing and report generation. A future version may add stronger account-level storage, retention controls, and administrative tools.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers as needed to operate the product, comply with law, prevent abuse, process payments, or protect the service and its users.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for a small software product, including managed authentication, hosted payment processing, HTTPS deployment, and environment-based secret management.
No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting account access, and limiting uploads to data you are authorized to use.
Your choices
You may manage your subscription through the billing portal, update login details through the account interface, and request assistance with account or data questions through support@propanalytics.net.
