Refund and Cancellation Policy
This starter policy explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled for PropAnalytics.

Subscription billing
PropAnalytics is sold as a recurring subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout. Billing is processed securely by Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically until canceled through the billing portal or by contacting support for assistance.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal from the Billing page in the app.
Cancellation generally stops future renewal charges. Access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period unless Stripe or the product configuration states otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, including duplicate charges, accidental purchases, technical access problems, or other reasonable circumstances.
Because the product provides immediate access to software and report-generation tools, partial-month refunds may not be available after substantial use.
Failed payments
If payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge and notify you using the billing details on file. Access may be limited or suspended until payment is resolved.
Price changes
Pricing may change over time. If a change affects an existing subscription, we will follow Stripe's billing and notification tools and any applicable legal requirements.
